MELBOURNE HERITAGE RESTORATION FUND ASSESSMENT CRITERIA

Projects requiring approval from VHRF Committee of Management are assessed against the following MHRF criteria:

1. Significance of the place
2. Need for the works
3. Need for funding assistance
4. Community benefit, such as preservation of historically or architecturally significant structure or increasing the public awareness of heritage matters.

YARRA HERITAGE RESTORATION FUND ASSESSMENT CRITERIA

Projects requiring approval from VHRF Committee of Management are assessed against the following YHRF criteria:

1. Significance of the place
2. Need for the works
3. Need for funding assistance
4. Community benefit, such as preservation of historically or architecturally significant structure or increasing the public awareness of heritage matters.

BALLARAT HERITAGE RESTORATION FUND

Projects requiring approval from VHRF Committee of Management are assessed against the following criteria:

Significance of the place.

  1. Need for the works.
  2. Community benefit, such as the conservation of a historically or architecturally significant place or increasing the public awareness of heritage.
  3. Recommendations by the Ballarat Heritage Advisory Committee.
  4. Additional consideration will be given to projects that encourage heritage trade skills.

CASEY CITY COUNCIL

Projects requiring approval from VHRF Committee of Management are assessed against the following CHRF criteria:

  1. Significance of the place
  2. Need for the works
  3. Need for funding assistance
  4. Community benefit, such as preservation of historically or architecturally significant structure or increasing the public awareness of heritage matters.
